Just nailed a Kettlebell 500 and chased it with a Swiss Ball 300 - stoked but shagged

Kettlebell 500:

50 reps
1 set
30-sec intervals

I used 12kg bells for this (I usually train with 16s or 24s) and it fucked me up big time. The routine took me 25-mins.

I chased it straight away with the:

Swiss Ball 300:
50 reps
1 set
30-sec intervals

This routine took 19-mins, by the time I was done I thought I wanted to vom. I didn't :)

These are just two of over 400 routines available in Fitness Builder, by far and away my fav iPhone application. I can't recommend it enough to either casual or serious gym goers.

The Boondock Saints 2: All Saints Day trailer... sweet mother of god (via @monicabraganca)

"The Boondock Saints: All Saints Day is the highly-anticipated sequel to indie cult classic, The Boondock Saints. The film is the continuation of writer & director Troy Duffy's tough, stylized cutting edge saga of fraternal twins, the MacManus brothers (Norman Reedus, Sean Patrick Flanery). The two have been in deep hiding in the quiet valleys of Ireland, far removed from their former lives or modern technologies. When word comes that a priest has been killed by sinister forces in the tough underworld of Boston, they return to mount a violent and bloody crusade to bring justice to those who must now suffer the consequences, with a new partner in crime (Clifton Collins, Star Trek) and a sexy FBI operative (Julie Benz, TV's Dexter) hot on their trail!" I echo @donpackett you really must book for this event, take your staff

We share 98% of our DNA with apes and all we ever focus on is the 2% difference.

John Vlismas understands people. In fact, they’re his favourite animals. He’s spent fifteen years talking to hundreds of thousands of them all over the world. While most people assume that everybody is different, he believes we’re a lot more alike than we think. John calls his idea “The SharedWorld™.

Allow him to spend time with your group and give them tools to listen, to speak and to share. The SharedWorld™ is a powerful, practical and simple method that allows people to read people, distil what they glean, process it and apply it to more meaningful interaction. This system is not theoretical; it is demonstrated as it is explained, using easy and entertaining exercises.

Oct 13th, 14th or 15th, 5.30 for 6pm until 9pm. 40 seats per evening. i-Store 1 Sandton Place.
